Do you see patients who want a second opinion?
Yes! We are passionate about helping people get the peace of mind they deserve. Sleep problems can be complex. If you’re still struggling despite treatment, or if your test results were confusing, we are here to provide deep expertise for a comprehensive, personalized care model that focuses on the root cause of your sleep problems.

How can I get to you?
We have a premium, state-of-the-art sleep facility in the Palisades Building in Bethesda, Maryland (4835 Cordell Ave). An underground parking garage is located under the building, with the entrance behind the building on Del Ray Avenue. We will validate your overnight parking. From the parking garage take the elevator to level *P to Suite 108.
We are also about a 12-minute walk from either the Bethesda Metro station (.6mi) or the Medical Center station (.7mi).

How should I prepare for my sleep study, or my child’s sleep study?
Please arrive between 7:15PM to 8:00PM of the night of your sleep study. Please be aware that on weekend mornings, the gate opens at 8:00AM, so if you need to leave before then, please park either on the street or in the public garage on Woodmont Avenue.

Please avoid alcohol or caffeine on the day of your testing and be sure to bring any medications with you that you (or your child) normally take at bedtime. You will have a private ensuite room. Each suite has a thermostat and we suggest adjusting to a temperature that you feel is most comfortable for sleeping. Please wear comfortable two piece sleep wear as we will be attaching monitoring equipment.
Your technologist will greet you. There will be some paperwork for you to complete upon your arrival. If you are 'out of network', we will collect the payment for the study at the time of service.
For parents of children under 18, we require a parent to stay overnight in one of our comfortable ensuite testing rooms with your child. There is a parent lounge to make yourself comfortable in until you are ready to go to sleep. Your technologist will suggest a good time to open the door and enter the room during your child's testing.
